Walkthrough · Teams
Let's get your team onboarded.
One form, one email, and they're working inside your account — on your balance, in the brand kits you choose. Here's the whole process, including the outside freelancer who should only see one client.
The whole walk · five stops
Onboarding a teammate takes one form and one email
There are only a few steps, and this page walks them in order: where the Team Members page is, the invite form, what the person receives and how they join, how you decide what they can see, and how you run the roster after that.
First: where is it?
Every walk on this site starts the same way — with the card you click and the page that opens.
Step 1 · Open Team Members
It's one card on the dashboard — and it's the owner's or an admin's page
On the dashboard, the card that reads Invite · Team Members opens Teams Management. If you're the owner or an admin, that's where you invite people and set what each one can see.
Then send the invite.
Priya is joining you on Bellhaven for the fall push. Four fields, and she has an email.
Step 2 · Send the invite
Four fields, one button — and they get an email that walks them in
Click Invite. The form asks for their email, a display name if you want one, the role, and which brand kits they can reach. Send Invite, and they receive an email: who invited them, the role you gave them, what they'll get access to, and an Accept button that takes them to a sign-up page for their own login on your team. The invitation is good for seven days. On your page they show as Awaiting response until they've joined.
The role is where you decide what they can see.
Step 3 · Set what they can see
Pick the role. If it's an outside person, pick their brand kits.
The role decides two things: what tools they get, and whether they see every client or only the ones you name. Internal roles see every brand kit. The two External roles are for people outside your shop — a freelance creative, a fractional media buyer — and the form won't let you send one without choosing their kits. Two of the cases you'll hit most, worked through.
Then she's in — and here's what that means.
Step 4 · They're in
Once they've joined, here's what a teammate can do
Priya accepts, signs in, and lands on a hub with the brand kit you gave her. From that moment she's working inside your account: your balance, your clients' kits, your boards and briefs, your ad connections. Nothing to set up on her side, and nothing that lives anywhere but with you.
And the same page runs the team from here on.
Step 5 · Run the roster
Change a role any time. Remove someone, and the seat frees — the work stays.
The same page runs the team after onboarding. Change a role when a freelancer becomes full-time. Cancel an invitation that was never accepted. Remove someone who's moved on — the seat opens on its own, and every project, asset, board and brief they touched stays exactly where it is, because it was stored under your account from the day they were invited. Invite the next person and they pick up the same work.
One more owner's page, while you're at it.
And · Your name on every report
One more owner's page: put your agency on the deliverables
From the account menu, the owner opens Account Admin and enters the agency's name, website, logo and colors — once. From then on every client-facing report carries your mark in the masthead and “Prepared by your agency” in the footer, with the platform's own attribution removed. The audit, the visibility report, the campaign report: all yours.
- Inviting, changing a role, or removing someone happens on this page, by a person. Claude can't do any of it — on purpose.
- An invitation is good for seven days. Until it's accepted the person shows as Awaiting response, and you can cancel it.
- An External role is a real account with the full tools, limited to the brand kits on its list. Internal roles see every kit.
- “The work stays” is how the account is built — everything is stored under the team, never the person. There's no transfer step to remember.
- Connecting a client's ad account is owner-or-admin only. Every publish lands paused until someone turns it on. The plans are named Teams and Teams Plus.
One form. One email. Their own login, your account.
