StyleForge ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services at app.styleforge.io (the "Service"). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide to Us
Account Registration
When you create an account with StyleForge, we collect:
- Your Email address
- Password (encrypted)
Payment Information
When you subscribe to a paid plan, or by tokens on our platform, all information is managed through the Stripe payment system which collects but does not share with StyleForge.io the following information:
- Billing address
- Payment method details (processed by the Stripe payment processor)
Important: We do not store your credit card or payment information on our servers. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.
User Content
When you use the Service, we store:
- Text prompts and inputs you provide
- Images, videos, and other media you upload
- AI-generated content you create
- Design projects and brand kits
- Account history and project metadata
Communications
When you contact us, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Contents of your messages
- Any attachments you send
- Support ticket history

Usage Data
When you access the Service, we automatically collect:
- IP address
- Browser type and version

- Pages visited and features used

Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies on styleforge.io. Some are necessary for the site to work; the rest only run if you choose to allow them.
Necessary (always on)
- Login session — keeps you signed in to app.styleforge.io.
- sf_consent — remembers your cookie choices for 180 days.
Analytics (only with your consent)
- Google Analytics — which pages and features are used, so we can improve them.
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymised session recordings and heatmaps showing how pages are used.
Marketing (only with your consent)
- Meta Pixel — measures whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram reach the right people.
- Endorsely — credits the affiliate partner who referred you to StyleForge.
When you first visit, we ask which of these you allow. Nothing in the Analytics or Marketing categories runs until you say yes. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
Analytics
We use analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to understand how users interact with our Service. These services may collect:
- Pages viewed and time spent on pages
- Navigation paths through the Service
- Button clicks and interactions
- Error messages and performance data

2.5 Text Messages (SMS)
Some StyleForge features send text messages — for example, a text back to a person who called a business's phone line and got no answer, or a confirmation of a request you submitted. By calling a line that tells you a text will follow, submitting a form that asks for your mobile number, or texting a number operated through StyleForge, you agree to receive these messages.
- Frequency. Messages are sent only in response to your call, request, or reply. A typical conversation is 2 to 8 messages. You will not receive recurring or promotional texts.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email contact@styleforge.io.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
- Your number. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. StyleForge does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Your number is shared only with the messaging carriers needed to deliver the message and with the business you contacted.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
3.1 Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf:
- Cloud Hosting: Amazon Web Services (AWS) for data storage and infrastructure
- Payment Processing: Stripe or similar payment processors for handling transactions
- Analytics: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for usage analytics; Meta and Endorsely for advertising and affiliate measurement (only with your consent)
- Customer Support: Support ticketing and communication platforms
- AI Services: Third-party AI providers for content generation
These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.
3.2 Business Transfers
If StyleForge is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
3.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to:
- Valid legal processes (subpoenas, court orders)
- Requests from law enforcement or government agencies
- Protection of our rights, property, or safety
- Protection of the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public
- Prevention of fraud or illegal activity
3.4 With Your Consent
We may share your information for other purposes with your explicit consent.
4. Data Retention
4.1 Account Data
We retain your account information and User Content for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 72 hours, except for:
- Data we are required to retain for legal or regulatory compliance
- Data necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
- Backup copies, which may persist for up to 90 days
- Aggregated, anonymized data used for analytics
4.2 Usage and Analytics Data
We retain usage and analytics data for up to 24 months or as required by law.
4.3 Communications
We retain customer support communications for up to 3 years for quality assurance and legal purposes.
5. Your Privacy Rights
5.1 Access and Correction
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Update your account information at any time through your account settings
5.2 Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your personal information by contacting us at contact@styleforge.io. We will process deletion requests within 72 hours and send you a confirmation email.
Note: Deleting your account will permanently remove all your User Content, projects, and account data. This action cannot be undone.
5.3 Data Portability
You have the right to request a copy of your personal information in a structured, machine-readable format. You can export your content through your account settings or by contacting us.
5.4 Opt-Out of Marketing
You can opt out of marketing communications by:
- Clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email
- Updating your email preferences in your account settings
- Contacting us at contact@styleforge.io
Note: You cannot opt out of transactional emails related to your account or Service.
5.5 Do Not Track
Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature. Currently, there is no industry standard for how to respond to DNT signals, and we do not respond to DNT browser signals at this time.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including:
- Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest (AES-256)
- Access Controls: Strict access controls limit who can access your data
- Monitoring: Continuous monitoring for security threats
- Regular Audits: Periodic security assessments and audits
- Employee Training: Regular security training for all employees
- Secure Infrastructure: Cloud infrastructure hosted with industry-leading providers
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6.1 Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach that compromises your personal information, we will:

- Provide details about the nature of the breach

We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers, including:

8. Children's Privacy
StyleForge is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 18, please contact us immediately at contact@styleforge.io, and we will take steps to delete such information.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those external sites or services.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit or services you use.
9.1 Google User Data
Some StyleForge features let you connect your own Google account. Each connection asks only for the permission that feature needs, and you choose which to grant:
- Google Search Console data (read-only) — search performance for the sites you select (queries, pages, clicks, impressions), used to generate your SEO reports.
- Google Analytics 4 data (read-only) — reporting data for the properties you select (sessions, engagement, traffic channels, pages, conversion events, devices), used to generate your traffic reports.
- Gmail — send only — used solely to send the quote or follow-up you have written and chosen to send, from your own email address to the customer you selected. StyleForge cannot read, search, modify, or delete any email in your mailbox. We keep only the message identifier of what you sent, so a reply can be matched to the right job.
- Google Drive — files created by StyleForge only — used solely to save a PDF copy of each quote you send into a folder in your Drive. StyleForge cannot see, open, or change any other file in your Drive.
We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing feature you connected it for. We do not use Google user data for advertising of any kind, we do not sell it or transfer it to data brokers or information resellers, we do not use it to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes, and we do not use it to develop, improve, or train non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Sections 2.1 and 10.1 of this policy do not apply to Google user data. Our staff do not access Google user data except with your explicit permission, for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or in aggregated and anonymized form for internal operations.
OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted using AES-256-GCM. Report data is retrieved on demand when you open a report; snapshots you explicitly save are retained in your account until you delete them. You can revoke StyleForge's access to any Google connection at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions; revoking access invalidates the stored credential. Any connection can also be disconnected from within StyleForge, which deletes the stored credential.
StyleForge's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
10. AI and Machine Learning
10.1 Training Data
We may use aggregated, anonymized data from User Content to train and improve our AI models. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.
10.2 AI-Generated Content
Content generated by our AI tools is considered your User Content. However, you acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may be similar to content generated for other users
- AI outputs are not guaranteed to be unique, accurate, or free from bias
- You are responsible for reviewing and using AI-generated content appropriately
11. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
11.1 Right to Know
You have the right to request information about:
- Categories of personal information we collect
- Categories of sources from which we collect information
- Our business purposes for collecting information
- Categories of third parties with whom we share information
- Specific pieces of personal information we have collected
11.2 Right to Delete
You have the right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
11.3 Right to Opt-Out of Sale
We do not sell personal information. If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide you with the right to opt out.
11.4 Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.
11.5 Authorized Agent
You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. The authorized agent must provide proof of authorization.
11.6 Shine the Light
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents may request information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
