Will my prices and product details be right?

Facts are printed, never improvised. Prices, options and details render character for character from your store's live data — never rounded, reworded or invented — and anything the studio can't read simply doesn't appear. You also see the exact string each fact will print before you commit to a render. A wrong price on a product page costs you a refund and a customer, so the rule is exact or silent.

Will it work with my store?

Almost certainly. Shopify connects directly. WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace and BigCommerce sync from just your homepage address — nothing to install, no account access to hand over, no passwords: you paste the URL and your catalog pulls in with live progress while you watch. Most other stores with standard product pages come in the same way. Etsy and Amazon can't be synced yet, though merchants there usually have their own site that syncs fine, and individual product photos can always be uploaded directly.

Does the finished creative go back onto my store?

On Shopify, yes — approved creatives publish straight onto the listing they were made for, added to that product's media with alt text written for you, and never replacing what's already there. On the URL-connected platforms you download the finished creatives and videos and place them yourself. That's a real difference and worth knowing up front: the direct Shopify connection is what allows writing back, and the URL sync is read-only by nature.
