Managing brand assets on StyleForge

We make it simple to upload and manage assets for any brand you are managing.

Step 1

Save elements to your brand kit

Any asset on a canvas project such as images, videos, text, and even groups can be saved to a brand kit using the ❤️ `Heart` icon on the element menu.

Add brand assets to a project

Your brand assets are always available under the ❤️ Add Elements panel on the left side of a canvas project. You can switch between brand kits and quickly find and place images, videos, text or grouped elements to a project you are working on.

Setting up assets for a brand kit

When you create a new brand kit, one of the first things you may want to do is bulk upload the assets you may want to use. Go to the Brand Kits page and under the new brand kit select the Brand Assets option.

Bulk upload images and videos

You can drag-and-drop new images or videos to add them to the brand kit using the assets management page for any brand kit. You can also upload logos (.svg or .png files work best) using the Upload Logo card.

Step 5

Preview, download or delete assets

On the brand assets management page you can click the icons at the bottom of the assets to preview the assets, download the asset or open the asset up into a new brand video project. To delete an asset check the checkbox in the upper left corner then at the top of the page click the `Remove Selected Elements` button.

How does StyleForge help design teams manage brand assets?

We offer a centralized repository where you can upload and manage brand logos, images, videos, custom AI Brand Avatars and other brand assets.

The easiest way when you first create a brand kit is to go to the Brand Assets page. Look on the navigation panel (Click the Brand Tools button to see the navigation panel). Choose the Brand Assets page and choose the upload option to add logos, images, brand videos or UGC Actors (greenscreen videos that can be used for AI Avatars for your brand). You will see each asset listed on the page along with preview buttons, download buttons and a video button that allows you to start a new brand video using the selected asset (this opens the asset up into the StyleForge Video Editor).

Yes, in fact this is a great way to add new images and videos you create for projects to a brand kit. Simply select an element on a canvas project, then click on the Heart icon on the menu at the bottom of the interface. This shows you a list of all brand kits you have made. Select the brand kit from the list and the selected image or video is saved to that brand kit and will be available for placement on any project where you activate that brand kit.

Once you save images or videos to your brand kit you can access them across all canvas projects and agentic workflows. You can also access the brand assets in the StyleForge Video Editor to add to any video project you are working on.

Yes, once you upload an asset to the brand kit, on the brand assets page you will see a video icon on each asset. Click on the video icon and this opens up the StyleForge Video Editor using that selected asset as the first image or video scene in the new video project. This is a quick way to start up a video project in the editor.
