This is the StyleForge Animated Hero workflow, from Shopify product to a Klaviyo Universal Content Block, end to end. We start by connecting a Shopify product — the platform reads the product imagery, pricing, and brand context automatically. The analyzer node generates two to three campaign variations. Each variation is a complete editorial direction — different angle, different hook, different visual register. Not three versions of the same email. Three distinct campaign concepts. For each variation, StyleForge produces three frames structured as a narrative arc: Hook, Proof, Ask. Frame one captures attention and serves as the Outlook desktop fallback. Frame two demonstrates the product. Frame three drives the click. We select a variation and click Generate Animation. In about three seconds, the three frames assemble into a polished animated GIF — under 233 kilobytes, small enough to embed anywhere without delivery issues. We can choose the animation style — hard cuts or smooth fades — the timing per frame, and whether the animation loops or plays once. The preview shows the final result. One click publishes to Klaviyo. The animated hero appears in the merchant's Klaviyo Universal Content Block library, ready to drop into any flow or campaign. End to end: roughly thirty seconds of merchant attention from product to deployed animated email asset.
